    List of Ingredients




    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 lb extra lean ground turkey
    4 cans NSA tomatoes
    1 green pepper chopped
    1 onion chopped
    1 red pepper chopped
    2 fresh jalenpeno peppers chopped. (take out the seeds if you are whimpy)
    1 small can NSA tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp chopped garlic
    1 tsp fresh ground pepper
    4-5 Tbsp chili powder (I use Bolner's)

    Recipe



    Place meat, chopped onion and peppers in teflon pan and saute until meat is done. Open tomatoes and crush them before adding to meat. Add tomato sauce and spices.

    Transfer to crock pot and let simmer for 6 to 8 hours.

    This is best if placed in fridge and eaten the next day. I love it over rice and potatoes or just a bowl by itself.
