1 Halbinyero pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
1 green chili pepper
1 cyan pepper
1 tie pepper
½ small onion
1 to 2 large clove garlicRecipe
First you will need to roast the peppers till skins turn dark then peal the peppers (wear gloves when handling peppers)
Mince garlic and onion.
Place all in a sauté pan stir frequently med to med high heat
Cook for 15 min put in a blender and liquefy place back into saucepan and reduce by ½.
***Be very careful this is very Hot***
