    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. Knox Unflavored Gelatin
    2 - 3 tsp. Splenda
    1 cup boiling water
    1 cup ice water
    Crystal Light (any flavor you want) to taste

    Recipe



    1. Mix gelatin, spenda and crystal light together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.

    2. Add boiling water and mix until fully desolved.

    3. Add ice water and mix in well.

    4. Put in fridge until set.
