List of Ingredients
8 eggs
3/4 cup bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup crabmeat, cooked and shredded, or chopped shrimp
2 tablespoon soy sauce ** Use Substitute “See below”
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions
In mixing bowl, beat eggs; add bean sprouts, crabmeat, onion, soy sauce and pepper. In a pan or a wok add Spray pan with Pam**. Pour in 1/2 cup egg mixture. As eggs set, lift edge to allow liquid portion to run underneath. When bottom of eggs are golden brown, slide onto plate, cooked side down. Invert and return to Pan or Wok; cook until bottom is done. Slide back onto plate. Serve immediately soy sauce, if desired. Repeat with remaining egg mixture.

Soy Sauce substitute
2 tbs Sodium Free Beef Bouillon powder/granules
2 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbs of brown sugar Twin
1 tsp Ground Ginger
ds Black Pepper
ds Garlic Powder
1 cup Water
In small sauce pan, combine and boil gently uncovered about 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup. Store in refrigerator. Stir before using.
