    This is a Yummy recipe Hot or Cold!

    List of Ingredients




    6 Egg Whites
    2 Small Bell pepper( Red and Green)
    2 med Potatoes
    1 small Oinion
    6 Mushroom
    2 Tbsp of Chicken Broth
    Garlic Powder to taste
    Pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Chop all veggies into bite size pieces and Saute in chicken Broth until softened up in non-stick pan. Mix eggs in bowl until eggs are foamy. Take a Glass pan and Spray with Pam** Take Veggies and pour into the egg mix and Season to taste. Pour egg's and Veggies into baking pan and Bake at 375 Degrees for 15-20 minutes or until egg whites are Brown and Fluffy.

    Campatible with body types:
    Breackfast: A-C-D-E *** For B types Eliminate the potatoes!
    Morning snack: C-E
    Lunch: A-B-C-D-E
    Afternoon Snack: B-C-D
    Dinner: A-B-C-D-E
    Pm snack: A-B-C-D-E ** Must Eliminate the POTATO if you are making for PM Snack!**
