    Liquid Smoke: Make by Colgin a natural Hickory taste. Has no suger and only 10mg if sodium look for it in your stores!

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb of Catfish (You can use and type of fish)
    1 tsp of Liquid Smoke
    1 1/2 tsp of White Wine Vinegar w/ Tarragon Flavor
    Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb

    Recipe



    Get out a Bowl and put the Vinegar and Liquid smake and Mrs. Dash and mix well.
    Take your Fish and place onto a plate, then spoon the mixture onto the fish. Let it stand for about 5 min and then turn it over and do the other side. Flip flop the fish until all the juices soak in. takes about 20 mins.

    Take your non-stick frying pan and Spray with Pam**. Heat pan on a mid flame. Then place the fish into pan and cook till both sides are done.

    Serve over rice noodles or Rice! of your choice.
