    1 lb turkey sausage, crumbled

    1 med onion, chopped

    2-3 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped

    2 cups low sodium chicken broth

    1 green pepper, chopped

    BBQ sauce (you can use the one in the recipe forum)

    1/2 lb precooked shrimp

    2 cups rice


    Recipe



    Cook sausage and onion until sausage is no longer pink. Stir in tomatoes, broth, pepper, BBQ sauce, shrimp, and rice. Bring to a boil; cover and let stand for 5 min.
