This is excellent on fish. It isn't exactly OP, so if you use it, don't use too much
List of Ingredients
2--Tbs fresh ginger , minced
2-4 fresh mangoes,chopped (can substitute kiwi, peach, or cantalope)
1--cup dried cranberries (recommended craisins)
1--small lemon, zested
1--cup brown sugar twin
1--cup cider vinegar
Dash ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1--tsp ground cinnamon
Recipe
Add all ingredients toa medium non-reactive saucepan. simmer over low heat
for 30 minutes. set aside, and keep warm until ready to serve.
