America’s Cut in Ginger Marinade

List of Ingredients
4 boneless center cut pork chop, 1 1/2-inch-thick
2 cups dry white wine or distilled vinegar
1/2 cup sliced green onions
4 tablespoons minced fresh ginger, or
1 tablespoon dry ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce Try the Substitute Listed below
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag; seal bag and refrigerate 2 to 24 hours. Remove pork from marinade; discarding marinade. Grill chops, over indirect heat in covered grill, for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
