List of Ingredients
2 lbs of venison cut into cubes
2 Lg oinions: Peeled and cut into slices
1 lg eggplant: peeled and cut into cubes
1 Can of Diced tomatoes
1 1/2 Cups of white wine
1 Bag of frozen baby carrots
2 Tblsp of chicken Broth
Garlic minced to taste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp of tyme leaves
1 tsp of oragino
1 tsp of basil
1 tsp chyannne pepper
Recipe
In a lg pot place onions and meat and brown with the chicken broth. when the meat is almost brown add the eggplant and stir until all has goten soft. Add the tomatoes and 1/2 can full of water. add all the seasonings bring to a boil. lower the flame and add the wine. Cook simmering for about 1 1/2 hrs till meat is soft and melts threw the folk. Place over rice.
