    You have a protein, carb and a fruit all in an easy-to-pack and go meal

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup oatmeal, ground into flour in food processor
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    2 egg whites
    1/2-1 tbsp Splenda, to taste
    1/4-1/2 cup blueberries

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together, add a splash of water if necessary. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. You may need to cook the muffins an extra minute or two. Note: Fruit may be left out if not allowed.
