PREWORKOUT PINA COLADA MUFFINS

12 eggwhites
1/2 cup JustWhites (powdered egg whites)
12 packs Splenda
2 tsp vanilla
2 cup oatmeal ground into flour
1 1/2 tsp SODIUM FREE baking powder
2 very ripe bananas - all mashed upRecipe
Wisk together VERY well the egg whites and the egg powder. Add Spleanda and vanilla and wisk again...Add flour and baking podwer, stir VERY well. Put into nonstick muffin tin and bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes. This will make 12 and will equal 1/2 cup carb and 2 oz protein per muffin.
