1 Cup of rolled oats ( uncooked)
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp cinnamon or to taste
1/4 tsp nutmag
dash of ground allspice
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
sweetner euual to 3 tbsp or to taste
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp almond or maple extractRecipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well until moistened. Spoon into an 8" non-stick square baking pan smooth top. Bake 30 minutes. cool on a rack.
Half the pan yields 2 oz of protien A, 1 cup of carb B 1/2 fruit B.
