· 1 egg white, beaten until frothy
· 1/4 - 1/2 cup oat flour
· garlic powder, to taste
· mushrooms
· green peppers
· onions
· tomato paste
· Mrs. Dash Herb and Garlic

Combine beaten egg white with oat flour and garlic powder. Mix by hand, adding water if necessary. Heat a non-stick skillet until very hot. Spray lightly with cooking spray**. Pour flour mixture into pan. Cook until brown, then flip and cook other side until brown. Cool on wire rack.
Meanwhile, saute mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions for a few minutes. Mix tomato paste with Mrs Dash and spread on crust. Top with vegetables and chicken. Put on wire rack and bake in 400° oven for 10 minutes.
