    Artichoke Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    1/3 c Oatmeal Flour
    2 Lemons
    1 c & 2 tbsp Chicken broth
    1/4 c Vermouth or sherry
    1/2 tsp Garlic
    1 Bay leaf
    1 lb Boneless chicken
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce *** or use sub in the list
    1 tsp Basil
    1 can Artichoke hearts
    Rice noodles

    Recipe

    Flour the chicken. Place 2 tbsp of chicken Broth in large skillet. Add chicken. Cook 5 minutes each side. Remove. Add lemon juice, Worchester sauce, broth, vermouth, basil, garlic, and bay leaf. Bring to boil. Add chicken. Cook 15 minutes on medium heat. Add artichoke hearts. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Discard bay leaf. Serve over rice noodles or rice!
