    1-1/2 tsp. Chicken Broth
    3/4 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast Cut 1/4 inch Pieces
    2/3 cup dry Marsala wine
    1/2 cup chicken stock, low-fat, low-sodium
    2 tsp. cornstarch, or arrowroot powder
    pepper

    Recipe



    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the Chicken Broth. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and cook on each side for 5 minutes. Add the wine and cook for about 4 minutes until the wine looks syrupy. In a small cup, dissolve the cornstarch or arrowroot powder in the stock. Add to the chicken and cook until the sauce is thickened, about 2 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
