    2 pounds skinless boneless turkey breast
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 tablespoon ground chili powder (no salt)
    1 tablespoon ground coriander
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 tablespoon light brown sugar (may wish to use brown sugar twin instead)
    1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (may wish to omit to make plan friendly)
    2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
    3 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice
    15 ounces pineapple chunks in juice

    Recipe



    Cut the turkey into cubes about 3/4 to 1 inch square. Combine the spices and the lime and pineapple juices in a sealable plastic bag. Add the turkey and toss until the meat is evenly coated. Place in the refrigerator for between 2-8 hours.
    Preheat the oven for 375ºF. Coat 2 baking sheets with nonstick spray. Thread the turkey and pineapple chuunks on skewers. Place the skewers on the baking sheets in 1 layer, not touching each other. Bake for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until the turkey is cooked through.
