List of Ingredients
• 4(4 oz)Chicken, Boneless,Skinless,Breast cut into quarters
• 1 cup white or brown rice
• 2 cups tomatoe sauce(if you need that recipe let me know)
• 1 1/4 c low sodium chicken broth
• 2 tbsp dry sherry(optional)
• 1/4 tsp chili powder (I prefer mexican chili powder)
• 1/4 garlic powder or fresh garlic
• 1/8 tsp SAFFRON
• 1 10-12oz pkg snow peas(thawed or fresh)
Recipe
Mix everything but the snow peas bake for 35 minutes on 350
pull out add snowpeas return to oven for additional 10 minutes
Then serve. Serves around 6
If you are careful you can really make this recipe stretch into
several meals this is a great recipe and it can be used for
Lunches but add more veggies no need to add additional carbs or proteins as this will have those.
1c. to 1 1/2 c per serving.
