    Slow Cooker Coq Au Vin

    List of Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 pound fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c chopped onions
    1/2 c dry white wine
    1 t thyme leaves
    1 bay leaf
    1 c low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
    1/3 c oat flour
    1/2 c chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe

    Place chicken, mushrooms, onions, wine, thyme and bay leaf into slow cooker. Combine chicken broth and flour; pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook 5 hours on low setting. Add parsley. Serve over rice, if desired.
