3T. Dijon mustard
3T. Chicken Broth
5t. Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
1t. crushed rosemary
3/4 lb. pork tenderloin

Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients. Spray oven-proof skillet with Pam**.
Add pork and cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned.
Brush with mustard mixture. Place in 450 oven and roast 10 mins. or until done as desired.
To serve: Cut into 3/4 inch slices. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
