    4 loin pork chops, cut 1/2 inch thick
    RUB:
    1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram, crumbled
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Note: for pork chops, remove all visible fat.. should be about 4 oz. each if boneless, or 6 oz. if bone in. Preheat grill or broiler on medium-high. In small bowl, combine all rub seasoning ingredients. Rub on both sides of pork. Grill for 6 minutes, or until brown. Turn and grill for 6 minutes, or until tender and no longer pink in the middle. If using broiler, broil about 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. If using broiler, broil about 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Turn meat and broil for another 5-6 minutes, or until no longer pink in center.
