Pork Cutlets w/ Mushroom Sauce

4 boneless pork cutlets, cut 3/4 inch thick
1/2t. crushed rosemary
1/2t. pepper
Pam**
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1c. water
1/2c. milk
1T. corn starch
1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 chicken bouillon cube

Instructions
Sprinkle pork cutlets with rosemary, pepper. In large skillet, heat sprayed pan with Pam** over med. high heat.
Add pork and brown well on both sides, about 6 mins. Remove pork from skillet.
Add onion and garlic; cook stirring 2 mins. In bowl stir water,Rice milk and Arrowroot until smooth.
Add to skillet with mushrooms and bouillon. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over med. heat.
Return pork to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 mins.
Serve cutlets and sauce over Rice.
