2-3 egg whites
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
water
cinnamon to taste
nutmeg to taste
ground pepper to taste

Splenda to taste, optional 1/4 cup melon
In a small microwaveable bowl, lightly beat egg and water with a fork until bubbly. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and Splenda to taste. Microwave 40 seconds on high. Stir gently, and add blueberries. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, and then let sit 1 minute to set. Turn out onto plate, serve with melon.
