Ingredients
2 cans chicken broth,
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1 Chicken Cutlet in bite size peicesRecipe
Directions
Take cutlet pieces and place into a non sticking pan sprayed with Pam** and cook till done. Place aside.
MIX broth, poultry seasoning, thyme, carrot, celery and onion in Pot. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover.
COOK over low heat 20 min. or until rice is done.
ADD chicken pieces and heat through.
