Sweet & Sour Cabbage Soup

List of Ingredients
6 14 ½ oz cans FF Beef Broth
1 small or ¾ medium size green cabbage cut into chunks
1 14 ½ oz canned diced tomatoes
Large Onion Cut into Chunks
5 Garlic Cloves Crushed
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
¼ Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
¾ Splenda Sweetener
1 tsp of Cayenne pepper
2 Teaspoons Paprika
1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Recipe
Put all ingredients in large soup pot and bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat to low – simmer for 2 – 3 hours. The longer simmering the better. Taste after 2 hours and tweak to your liking (spicier, more sour, sweeter, more tomatoes, etc.).
