    List of Ingredients




    2 Cans Of low salt Tomatoes
    1 sm to Med Head of cabbage
    6-7 Carrots
    6-7 Celery
    2 Med onions
    2 med Green peppers
    2 med Red Peppers
    1 Large head of Escrole
    1 tsp Of black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp of Mrs dash garlic and herb
    1 tsp of garlic power

    Directions:
    chop up all veggies into bite size pieces. Not the escrole yet! then take a lg pot and place the can tomatoes into it. Add seasonings and then the veggies. After its been cooking and the carrots are some what soft Slice the escrole and place into the soup. this will cook fast so don't over cook the Escrole, Its good when it has a litlle bit of a crounch. Well la! And your done Enjoy!
