Like mom used to make (but without the salt).
List of Ingredients
chopped onion
chopped garlic
chicken or vegetable broth
water
chopped celery
chopped carrot
fresh parsley
chopped mushrooms
shredded cabbage
onion powder
garlic powder
cayenne pepper
star anise
chives
2 oz shredded cooked chicken breast (added separately to each bowl)
1/2 cup cooked brown or white rice (added separately to each bowl)

Simmer chopped onion and garlic in vegetable broth until onion is tender. Add celery, carrots, and fresh parsley, simmering until carrot is almost cooked. Add spices, mushrooms and cabbage, Add more broth or water and simmer to heat thoroughly. Weigh/measure chicken and rice and add to bowls, cover with veggies and broth.
