Jalapeno-Lime-Cucumber Salad

List of Ingredients
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon reduced salt soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon brown sugar (or brown sugar twin)
2 medium cucumbers, sliced Recipe
(buny's note: the soy sauce and brown sugar/twin are off plan items.. may wish to add more or less to your preference). Combine the jalepeno, garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, basil and brown sugar. Pour dressing over the cucumber in a serving bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
