    2-4 oz double strong coffee
    1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Designer Whey Protein Powder (or other protein powder that is low fat) in chocolate or vanilla-either just as yummy
    1 pkt splenda or to tast
    8 ice cubes

    Recipe



    Put the coffee, powder, and splenda in the blender and liguefy. Add the ice. Liguefy!
