    Stuffed Acorns Squash

    List of Ingredients




    2 Nice size Acorns Squash
    4 oz's of turkey sausage
    2 Cups of Cooked rice
    1 Onion
    1 green pepper
    1 can of low salt tomato sauce
    Mrs. Dash, garlic and herb.
    Black pepper
    Garlic powder

    Recipe



    Cut the acorn in half long ways. Clean out the seeds. In Frying pan non-stick spray the Pam and fry up the turkey. In another pan, fry up the pepper, & onion the same way. Divide into 4 portions. When that is done take a bowl and put in 2 oz’s of turkey, ½ cup of rice, and 1 portion of veggies and Season to taste with seasonings. Spoon in Sauce to how wet you want to have it! They place mixing into Acorn and Place into a baking pan don’t cover at 350 Degree’s for 1hr check with fork by sticking into the Squash if its soft.

    This is something the family all will enjoy I know my daughter wanted 2nd’ helping!
