    1/2 lb of lean ground turkey
    1 egg white
    1/2 teaspoon of cider vinger
    1 tablespoon of chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg (helps sweeten it)
    instead of messing with cutting all that other stuff up added
    1/2 cup of homemade salsa
    chopped up a ortega chili
