    A great way to spice up asparagus!

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound thin, young asparagus
    3 plum tomatoes
    2 garlic cloves
    2 thinly slice scallions
    Pam Garlic Flavor

    pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Place large frying pan on medium heat. Spray Pam in frying pan. Thinly slice entire scallions and add to the frying pan. Peel and mince garlic cloves, adding to scallions in frying pan. Seed and chop plum tomatoes. Once scallions and garlic have softened add asparagus to pan and lower flame and cover pan. Turn asparagus after four minutes; after 8 minutes add tomatoes and continue cooking until tomatoes are thoroughly heated (about four minutes). Season to taste with pepper.
