List of Ingredients
1 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth OR 1 cup Swanson® Natural Goodness™ Chicken Broth Low Salt
1 tbsp. Arrowroot
1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce Uses Sub.
1 lb. asparagus, cut into 2" diagonal pieces
2 tsp. grated ginger root, *
2 cloves garlic, minced
Spray Pam
Recipe
MIX broth, cornstarch and soy sauce.
Spray pam in skillet. Add asparagus, ginger root and garlic and stir-fry until almost tender-crisp. Add broth mixture and heat to a boil. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
Tips *You can substitute 1/8 tsp. ground ginger for fresh ginger root.
