    Green Beans with Basil Vinaigrette

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Splenda
    Fresh ground pepper to taste
    1 small sweet onion, sliced

    Recipe



    1. Place beans in a large pot and pour in just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.

    2. Meanwhile mix together vinegar and next four ingredients and mix well.

    3. When beans are done combine with onion and pour vinegar mixture over, then toss to coat.
