Red Ginger Cabbage Saute

List of Ingredients
1 md Head red cabbage
2 tb Chicken Broth low salt.
1 ts Minced fresh ginger root
1 sm Onion, finely chopped
freshly ground pepper to taste (cayenne if you like hot)
1 tsp of chopped garlic
Recipe
Wash cabbage, and cut into small wedges. Heat chicken broth in wok or large frying pan. Add ginger, onion. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add cabbage, pepper. Toss. Continue to cook until cabbage is tender crisp. Serve hot, along or over brown rice. Serves 2 as entree, or 4 as a side dish
