    Chocolate Eclair Cake

    graham crackers
    2 sm boxes of instant french vanilla pudding
    3 1/2 cups of cold milk
    1 sm tub of cool whip-thawed

    Layer graham crackers in a 9x13 dish. Mix pudding, milk, and cool whip together and then pour half of mixture over graham crackers. Add another layer of crackers, then the rest of the pudding mixture. Top with graham crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours.
    Chocolate topping:
    3 tbsp melted butter
    1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
    2 tsp corn syrup
    2Tbsp Cocoa
    3 Tbsp milk

    Mix cocoa and butter. Add remaining ingredients and pour over top of graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
