Layered Baked Spagetti

List of Ingredients
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 c chopped green pepper
- 1 T butter or margarine
- 1 can 4 oz mushrooms
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes with liquid
- 1 2-1/4 oz can sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 c grated Parmesean cheese
- 2t dried oregano
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 12oz spagetti, cooked and drained
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c water
Instructions
- In lg skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
- Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and oregano.
- Add ground beef, simmer uncovered for 10 minutes
- Place half of spagetti in greased 9x13.
- Top with half of vegatable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Repeat layers
- Mix the soup and water until smooth, pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parm cheese.
- Bake, uncovered at 350 for 30-35 min or until heated through.
