Pecan Praline Crunch
List of Ingredients
- 16 oz pkg Oatmeal Squares cereal
- 2 cups whole pecans
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250.
- Mix pecans and cereal in large bowl
- Bring butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Immediately remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour over cereal/pecans and stir well.
- Pour ingredients onto a greased jellyroll pan and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Pour onto waxed paper to cool completely, separating pieces
