List of Ingredients
- 2lbs ground beef
- 1 cups diced onion
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 can corn
- 2 cans diced RoTel
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- Brown beef with onion until done and drain fat
- Add the pinto beans,with juice. Also add corn with juice, RoTel with juice, and tomatoes with juice (may have to cut up some of the tomatoes)
- Add taco seasoning, ranch dressing and water
- Simmer 1 hour or longer
- Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos with sour cream
