    List of Ingredients


    • 2lbs ground beef
    • 1 cups diced onion
    • 2 cans pinto beans
    • 1 can corn
    • 2 cans diced RoTel
    • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
    • 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
    • 3/4 cup water


    Instructions


    1. Brown beef with onion until done and drain fat
    2. Add the pinto beans,with juice. Also add corn with juice, RoTel with juice, and tomatoes with juice (may have to cut up some of the tomatoes)
    3. Add taco seasoning, ranch dressing and water
    4. Simmer 1 hour or longer
    5. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos with sour cream
