1/2 c. butter
1 c. oatmeal
2/3 c. brown sugar
3/4 t. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg yeast
4 c. flour
1 eggRecipe
Cover butter, oatmeal, sugar and salt with boiling water in large mixing bowl. Beat well, and let stand until lukewarm add yeast and mix well. Add egg and 2 c. flour. Mix well. Add rest of flour to form soft dough. Place in greased bowl and let rise until double (1 1/2 hrs). Punch down until double. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Fills 9x13" pan
