    Broiled Coconut Icing

    3 T butter, melted
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 T. cream
    1/2 c. Shredded coconut

    Recipe



    Mix together all ingredients. Place very low under broileer with heat turned low. Broil until ti bubbles over the surface and becomes brown, but does not burn. Enough icing for a 9 in. square cake.
