    Chocolate cake with coconut-nut topping

    List of Ingredients

    1 large pkg white cake mix
    3 egg whites
    1 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
    2 cup milk

    Topping:
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts

    Recipe

    Cake:
    Beat well all ingredients for 6 minutes. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350.
    Topping:
    Combine milk, sugar, yolks and butter. Cook over medium heat until thick, about 12 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and beat until it is of spreading consistency.
