    Creamy-Fudge Chocolate Cake

    2 sq unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c boiling water
    2 c. and 2 T. flour
    1/3 c sugar
    1 t. soda
    1/2 t. cream of tartar
    1 t. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
    1 t vanilla
    3 egg whites, unbeaten

    Recipe



    Mis chocolate and boiling water until it forms a smooth paste. Sift together flour, sugar, soda, cream or tartar and salt. Add shortening, milk and vanilla to dry ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes on slow to medium speed. Add egg whites and beate for 1 minutes. Add chocolate past and beat 1 minutes. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
