    Impossible French Apple Pie

    6 c. apples
    1 1/4 t. cinnamon
    1/4 t. nutmeg
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 T. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. bisquick mix

    streussel
    1 c. bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    3 T butter

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 325. Grease 10x1 1/2" pie plate.
    Mix apples and spices and turn into pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients for 15 seconds in blender and pour over apples.
    Mix struessel ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle on top. Bake until center is set 55-65 minutes.
