    1 1/2 c flour
    2 T sugar
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 c oil
    2 T milk
    1 c sugar
    3 1/2 T cornstarch
    dash of salt
    2 T white corn syrup
    3 T peach Jellos
    4-5 peaches

    Recipe



    Mix flour 2 T sugar, 1/2 t salt oil and milk.
    Press in 9 or 10 inch pie dish and bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
    Boil remining sugar, corn starch, remaining salt and syrup until clear and thick, stirring constantly.
    Add jellos, cool thoroughly.
    Peel and slice peaches.
    Add to cooled filling.
    Put in crust and refrigerate.
    Top with cool whip.
    Also can use strawberry apricots with the different jellos.
