    Aunt Hazel's Soft Ginger Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. w. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sorgham
    Dry Ingredients:
    4 c. flour
    4 t soda
    1/2 t salt
    2 t cinnamon
    1 1/2 t ginger

    Recipe



    Cream shortening, sugar eggs and sorgham.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.
    Chill.
    Roll in balls and in w. sugar.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
