    1 c. mini marshmallows
    2 T. peanut butter
    2 T. cream
    1 C. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 t. vanilla
    1/2 t. salt
    2 sq. chocolate, melted or 6 T cocoa
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. oatmeal

    Frosting:
    1/4 c. chocolates
    1 T. peanut butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 T. milk

    Recipe



    Melt and stir first 3 ingredients. Cream sugar and butter. Blend in egg, vanilla, salt and chocolate. Stir in flour and oatmeal. Spread half the batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Top with marshmallow/peanut butter mixtures. Top with remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
