    Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

    1/2 c. butterscotch bits
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 c. vanilla
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 t salt
    1 egg
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/4 c. chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Grease bottom and sides of 9" square baking pan.
    Melt in 3 qt. heavy saucepan over med. heat, stirring constantly, butterscotch bits and butter.
    Remove from heat, cool to lukewarm.
    Add flour, baking powder, vanilla, brown sugar, salt and egg to butterscotch mixture, mixing well.
    Fold marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped nuts into butterscotch batter, just until combined - about 5 strokes.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
    DO NOT OVER BAKE.
    Center will be jiggly but becomes firm upon cooling.
