Frozen Pumpkin Dessert

List of Ingredients
- 20 crushed Ginger Snaps
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
- Crust: Mix ginger snaps, butter and brown sugar. Pack in bottom of 9x13 pan and freeze
- First Layer: Spread 1/2 inch Ice Cream over crust
- Top Layer: Combine pumpkin, salt, sugar, brown sugar and spices. Mix well. Add Cool Whip. Spread over top of Ice Cream
- Freeze until 15 minutes before serving
