    List of Ingredients


    • 20 crushed Ginger Snaps
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup pumpkin
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 tsp cloves
    • 1/4 tsp ginger
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 8 oz Cool Whip
    • Vanilla Ice Cream


    Instructions


    1. Crust: Mix ginger snaps, butter and brown sugar. Pack in bottom of 9x13 pan and freeze
    2. First Layer: Spread 1/2 inch Ice Cream over crust
    3. Top Layer: Combine pumpkin, salt, sugar, brown sugar and spices. Mix well. Add Cool Whip. Spread over top of Ice Cream
    4. Freeze until 15 minutes before serving
