List of Ingredients
an egg to a quart, or 4 eggs to a gallon, plus an extra one
2 1/2 c sugar
1 half and half
1 whipped cream
1 can evaporated milk
heat milk- regular
1 T vanilla per quart
1/2 t lemon
pinch of saltRecipe
Beat eggs for 10-15 minuts.
Then add sugar and beat another 10-15 minutes.
Add milk, vanilla, lemon and slat.
Beat until milk is warm- scalded (put milk on to heat when sugar goes in).
Heat can for ice cream then cool it.
